Emerging Technologies the topic of next ELI Web Seminar
In July of 2008, members of the New Media Consortium traveled to Melbourne to meet with nearly 50 key education leaders from all over Australia and New Zealand and worked with them to publish the first-ever regional Horizon Report, part of an ongoing research project that seeks to identify and describe emerging technologies likely to have a large impact on teaching, learning, or creative expression within higher education around the globe.
Join ELI and team leaders for, "Taking the Horizon Report Down Under," an ELI Web seminar on Monday, Jan. 12 at 1 p.m. ET. ELI Web Seminars are free for members and hosted entirely in Adobe Connect. This preview of emerging technologies will precede the release of the U.S. Horizon Report at the ELI Annual Meeting Jan. 20-22.
